It has been more than half a decade since we made our entry into the real estate business in Sarawak and we have seen a small company of two employees grow into a medium-sized establishment.

The credit of our success goes to our partners, investors, clients, and dedicated staff in making our company a major player in the real estate industry in Sarawak.

OUR PRINCIPAL

Mr Kenneth Wong is a Registered Valuer, Real Estate Agent and Property Manager by profession with a Bachelors of Business in Property from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

He was the Past Chairman for the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (Sarawak Branch) as well as a member of the Malaysian Institution of Estate Agents. With over 26 years experience in the real estate industry, Mr Kenneth Wong has been able to use his vast experience in the industry to serve clients from all walks of life may it be end users, developers or other corporate clients.

KEN & CO PROPERTY CONSULTANTS opened its doors on the 1st-floor of a shoplot at Jalan Sekama in April 2010. It was started by its principal Mr Kenneth Wong after he left corporate practice. The business started with only one other staff and we have since since grown over the past 10 years with a sizable team of about 18 Real Estate Negotiators and support staff.

While the core real estate businesses dealing with buying/selling/leasing of properties, carrying out valuation exercise, providing consultation services to developers and conducting auctions for clients have not changed, the volume of business has been steadily increasing despite the depressed economic climate.

We aim to be the premier property valuation and estate agency in Sarawak. In line with our aim, we strive to serve our customers with integrity & honesty and to provide the best advice & service to them at all times.
